Little girl woke up on the hospital bed Saw her mommy in tears praying God, all so sad Waves of feelings , emotions , spilling out in the air Can't contain them, been trying, this whole thing’s unfair She's so little she haven't done much in her life Yet she's fighting for weeks this disease for her life And her mommy been sitting long days by her side A tear after tear, day and night She’s been praying and crying non-stop Day and night, day and night Mother’s prayer so quiet but right Cause it pierces inside every heart Mother’s prayer is strong for it asks Mighty God Not for something she needs but for her little child And no thing is stronger or will ever surpass The motherly love and God’s gentle caress. Many people were praying together at once For this girl, fighting dearly her decease to survive All confessions no matter what brought it to light Asking God to share in their plight She’s been praying and crying non-stop Day and night, day and night Mother’s prayer so quiet but right Cause it pierces inside every heart And he finally answered, he heard voices that called And the miracle happened, he touched everyone’s soul Then his grace came on down to this hospital room Onto poor little girl that recovered soon
